She ensures that all production is local, with 99% of our sewing, cutting and dyeing happening in LA so all the garments are ethically made to rigorous standards and style. They use eco friendly fabric prints, which are created using a process called Sublimation printing. Sublimation textile printing is the sustainable alternative to traditional print, steam, and wash processes. The direct-to-textile sublimation printing technology essentially eliminates all of the toxic chemical processes associated with conventional screen-printing operations.  The only waste product is the used transfer paper, which is recyclable.The result is cleaner water and less energy use. Sublimation printing is a sustainable, environmentally conscious alternative for manufacturing custom printed textiles.
