We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back, it's easy!

We understand that it can be tricky to purchase garments online. We have tried to be accurate with our descriptions and size measurements (please see our size charts) so please read through each product page and feel free to contact us with any questions prior to completing your purchase. 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Yogi Spirit will gladly accept returns of your item in new and unused condition, with tags intact within 28 days of the order shipment date for a full refund or store credit at your discretion.  Shipping fees on your initial order are non-refundable. 

Please email us support@yogispirit.com.au to advise of your intent to return your item. Please include your contact details, order number and reason for return. 

 

Sale Items

Please note - regrettably we cannot refunds or credit notes on sale, discounted and promotional items. This applies to both Australian and International orders. (This does not affect your statutory rights to receive a refund for faulty items).

    How to return your garment:

    1. All items purchased in our online store must be returned unused, unworn and unwashed with original swing tags still attached.
    2. Please include your original invoice in the parcel. Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase.

    Pack your items responsibly and return the parcel, after you have contacted as there are items that have to be sent directly to the designer and not to our store. If it is to be returned to us, please send to:

    Returns must be sent by mail to ensure a tracking record of receipt. 

    1. We will email you to let you know once we have received your item(s).
    2. Once we advise you that we have received your returns, please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited should you require a refund. Usually it only takes a day or so.
    3. All returns must be made within 28 days of date order dispatched.

     

    Faulty Items

    We're so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please follow the returns process (within 28 days) as below and attach a photo of the fault to the returns form. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back.
