Add 1/2-1tsp Rose Powder in a warm cup of water, or in your choice of tea, milk, latte, smoothie, savoury and sweet foods, and beyond! It can go on just about everything. (We recommend everyone listen to their body intuitively; follow the dosage that resonates the most with you.) We also love it as a wonderful face mask that leaves the skin glowing and radiant.  

Rose water Recipe: Add 1/2tsp in 8oz of almost boiling water (prevent very high heat as it increases bitterness and lowers medicinal properties) and allow it to steep at least 8-10min (or longer). Once it has cooled off, place in the fridge to then drink chilled. Enjoy!
